Welcome to Sigma Consultancy. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between the Consultant and the Client. By engaging our advisory services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Consultancy

At Sigma Consultancy, our services include structural advice, project management, estimation, and architectural planning. We act as advisors; we are not the primary contractors unless explicitly stated in a separate construction agreement.

2. Professional Liability

While Sigma Consultancy provides expert technical advice, the Client is responsible for ensuring that all final construction work is performed by licensed and insured contractors. We are not liable for onsite accidents or structural failures caused by deviation from our provided plans.

3. Site Access & Safety

For projects requiring onsite inspection, the Client must ensure the construction site is safe and accessible. Sigma Consultancy reserves the right to postpone inspections if site conditions do not meet safety standards.

4. Intellectual Property

All blueprints, 3D renders, and technical reports created by Sigma Consultancyremain our intellectual property. The Client is granted a license to use these materials solely for the specific project they were commissioned for.

5. Regulatory Compliance

The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits and government approvals, though Sigma Consultancy may assist in the preparation of required documentation as part of our consultancy fee.

6. Payment Terms

  • Consultancy fees are billed based on project milestones or hourly rates.
  • Initial deposits are required before any technical analysis or site visits begin.
  • Late payments may result in the suspension of project supervision by Sigma Consultancy.

7. Limitation of Damages

The total liability of Sigma Consultancy for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific service phase.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
